Privacy Policy

What Signaloom is

Signaloom is a private human signal protocol. It is not a social feed, not a public profile system and not a platform for public performance. The product is built around useful anonymous Signals, relevant needs, private impact receipts and limited paid access features.

Information you choose to send

When you use Signaloom, you may send a short Signal, select a frequency, receive a Signal and mark whether it helped or should be passed forward. These actions may create private protocol records, including Signal entries, requests, moderation records and impact receipts.

Paid membership information

If you start a paid membership, Signaloom may store membership-related records such as your email address, plan type, membership status, Stripe customer identifier, Stripe subscription identifier, current billing period, cancellation status and related payment event references. Signaloom does not store full card numbers.

Stripe payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, card information, fraud-prevention signals, tax-related information and transaction metadata according to Stripe own legal and privacy terms. Signaloom receives only the information needed to confirm and manage your paid access.

Promotional codes

If you use a promotional code, including codes such as EARLY15, Stripe and Signaloom may process the discount, redemption status, plan, checkout session and related payment metadata required to apply and verify that code.

Anonymity and limits

Signaloom is designed not to display your public identity in the core Signal experience. Signals are intended to be anonymous in the product interface. However, no internet service can promise absolute anonymity at an infrastructure level. Hosting, security, database, payment and anti-abuse systems may process technical data required to operate and protect the service.

What not to submit

Do not submit names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, handles, medical details, financial details, legal instructions, confidential material or anything that identifies another person. A Signal should be useful, lived, safe and non-identifying.

How Signaloom uses data

Signaloom uses submitted Signals to route useful lines to relevant needs, moderate quality, prevent abuse, generate private impact receipts, manage paid access, process support requests and maintain the integrity of the protocol. New user-submitted Signals may be placed in review before delivery.

Cookies and admin access

Signaloom does not require public accounts for the core public experience. Admin areas may use secure cookies for private access, moderation and operational control. Payment checkout and related Stripe flows may also use cookies or similar technologies controlled by Stripe.

Service providers

Signaloom uses technical infrastructure providers for hosting, deployment, database storage, payment processing, security, analytics necessary for operation and abuse prevention. These services are used to operate, protect and improve the product.

Data retention

Signaloom may retain operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, manage paid access, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and improve the protocol. Removal requests can be sent to contact@dlkt.ee.
